2. We Schedule a Visit (If Needed)

For most properties, we’ll schedule a quick visit so we can see your lawn, beds, trees, or hardscape areas in person. This helps us measure accurately and make smart recommendations instead of guessing from a map.

3. You Get a Clear, Written Estimate

After we’ve seen the property, we’ll send a written estimate that explains the services we recommend, how often we’ll visit (if recurring), and what it will cost—no surprise add-ons or confusing fine print.

4. You Decide What Works Best

If you’re ready to move forward, we’ll get you on the schedule. If you’d like to adjust the plan or ask questions first, we’re happy to talk it through and make sure it fits your needs and budget.

Yes. Our lawn care, landscaping, hardscape, and snow & ice estimates are completely free and come with no obligation. We’ll review your property, recommend services, and send a written quote. You decide if and when you’d like to move forward.

In some cases we can share ballpark pricing based on the details you provide online or by phone, but most properties are best evaluated in person. Seeing slopes, access, planting beds, and hardscape areas helps us give accurate pricing and realistic recommendations.

You can request an estimate for any of our services, including lawn mowing, mulching and bed maintenance, landscape design & installation, hardscape installation, aeration & overseeding, seasonal cleanups, leaf removal, tree & shrub care / tree removal, landscape lighting, and commercial snow & ice management.

It depends on the service. Many recurring services—such as weekly mowing or commercial snow & ice management—are set up as ongoing agreements so you get consistent service. One-time projects like landscape or hardscape installations and seasonal cleanups are typically quoted and scheduled as single jobs.

For winter services, we focus on commercial-only snow & ice management for businesses, HOAs, churches, and other multi-tenant properties. Residential-only driveways aren’t part of our snow services, which allows us to stay responsive during winter weather for commercial clients.

Start times depend on the season and the type of work. For recurring mowing and maintenance, we can often begin soon after routes are set. Larger landscaping or hardscape projects—and peak-season requests—may take longer. We’ll include a realistic timeline with your estimate so you always know what to expect.
