Positions We’re Commonly Hiring For
Crew Member
As a Crew Member, you’re a vital part of our field team. You’ll work outdoors every day, helping keep our customers’ properties looking their best. This role is a great fit if you like physical work, being outside, and working on a small team.
What we’re looking for in Crew Members:
- Strong physical endurance and ability to work on your feet
- Willingness to learn our systems and follow directions
- Attention to detail and pride in a job well done
- Ability to work safely around equipment and power tools
- Positive attitude and good communication with teammates
- Willingness to pass a drug test (where applicable)
Crew Leader / Foreman
As a Crew Leader, you’re responsible for leading a small team, completing daily routes, and ensuring work meets JPJ standards. This role is ideal for someone with prior landscaping or lawn care experience who is ready to take on more responsibility.
What we’re looking for in Crew Leaders:
- Previous lawn care, landscaping, or related field experience
- Leadership and communication skills
- Ability to train and hold crew members accountable
- Strong focus on quality, safety, and efficiency
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Ability to drive a truck and trailer (or willingness to learn)
- Reliable, professional behavior with both clients and teammates
