Crew Member

As crew member, you are a vital part of our team. You will follow the lead of the crew leader in charge. This is a great industry as you are outdoors daily and get lots of exercise!

As a crew leader, you are in charge of yourself and one – three other team members, must demonstrate everything a crew member plus:

Must have a strong management/leadership ability
Must demonstrate the ability to delegate tasks & hold crew members accountable
Must be able to communicate effectively and personable with our clients
Must hold a valid driver license and ability to drive with a trailer
Must have at least 3 years commercial landscaping experience
